The RACP recognises the critical importance of culturally safe supervision for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander trainee doctors, and is leading a project to develop a suite of educational resources designed to upskill medical supervisors across Australia on providing culturally safe supervision.
The development of these resources is guided by an Indigenous-led Working Group of doctors and subject matter experts. The RACP is seeking more Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander doctors to participate in the project. There are many ways to contribute, depending on your availability, expertise and interests.
