With over 20 years of experience in Indigenous affairs, she is dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and empowering environments, with a strong focus on advancing Indigenous leadership and the well-being of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities.

This initiative equips participants with tools to reflect on their experiences, identify core values, and apply principles of lateral empowerment to elevate themselves and others.
