AIDA 2024 AGM
Dear Members,
This is to formally notify you that the Australian Indigenous Doctors’ Association Ltd (AIDA) ACN 131 668 936 will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday 17 November 2024 at 3:00pm (AEDT) as a virtual online meeting.
At the AGM, members will have the opportunity to:
- Receive updates on AIDA’s operations and finances; and
- Discuss any items listed on the agenda.
Members eligible to vote will be asked to:
- Accept the minutes of the 2023 AGM.
- Receive the 2024 Annual Report.
- Receive the 2024 annual financial statements including the auditor’s report.
- Appoint the Auditor for the 2025 financial year.
- Approve on the remuneration pool.
Members will be informed of the outcome of the AIDA Board election and also on Board appointed Directors serving in 2025.
The agenda and key documents for the 2024 AGM will be available on the AIDA website soon.
Member Attendance
Members will attend the AGM by videoconference. A registration link to attend the meeting will be sent by e-mail prior to the AGM.
Members entitled to vote but unable to attend may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. A link to nominate a proxy will be provided by email prior to the AGM.
